About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Woodward Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.

Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
