    Job Description:

    Plans, directs, or coordinates activities related to the management and rental of investment property and real estate management.

    Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
    • Assists customers with all phases of leasing while remaining within all specifications, laws, and regulations. 
    • Compiles and maintains records of operating expenses and income. 
    • Maintains an inventory of all property. 
    • Maintains records of acquisitions, relocations, and deed files 
    • May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents, or other support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties. 
    • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of various properties and ensures that terms of lease agreements are met. 
    • Prepares and administers contracts for provision of property services including services as a building demolition removal of UST and asbestos.
    • Prepares reports and reviews rents to ensure they are at market value. 
    Sample Technical Competencies:
    • Ability to negotiate, develop, and prepare property agreements.
    • Ability to negotiate and/or approve rental or lease of various properties.
    • Ability to enter, record, store, or maintain information in either written or electronic form.
    • Ability to maintain inventory; track receipt, sending and delivery of materials.
    • Ability to determine the property rental market value.
    Job Schedule & Location:
    • Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm.
    •  60 Hwy 22 West, Milledgeville, GA Baldwin Site.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public administration, or related area.
    • One year of related experience to area of assignment.
    •  Four years of experience in the related area of assignment.
    • One year of experience at the lower level or position equivalent.
