Full-time IMPACT Case Manager
Northeastern Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time case manager for our IMPACT program. Candidate must have a degree in a behavioral health field. Medication certification is required , and training will be provided. The IMPACT team works with individuals in the office, community, and home settings while connecting with other resources. Some weekend/holiday hours required.
