    As the Respite Case Manager:, you will have the opportunity to creatively develop a therapeutic environment for the Crisis Respite Program. The Respite Case Manager works closely with agency staff as well as community stakeholders to coordinate respite services to individuals in crisis. This position performs the following services:
    • Facilitate Crisis Respite Referrals which include treatment plans on each individual entering the Crisis Respite Program
    • Work closely with The Wood Group staff (facility operators) to meet the needs of individuals in the Crisis Respite Program.
    • Coordinate appropriate services with assigned caseworkers, MCOT, triage, etc. as well as other staff involved in providing therapeutic services for individuals.
    Person filling this position will also be involved in the community by taking clients to shelters, food pantries, food stamp offices and other community settings.

    Salary: $45,000 - $49,500 for Bachelors level / $48,150-$52,965 for Masters level DOE:

    Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.:
