    The Manager of Case Management is a key part of our Post-Crisis Team and plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a dedicated team focused on providing support and intervention to individuals in the aftermath of a crisis situation. This position requires a strong background in behavioral health, leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting mental well-being.

    Position Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)

    · Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals.

    · Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that emphasizes empathy, respect, and dedication to client care.

    · Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

    · Contribute to the development and enhancement of post-crisis support programs.

    · Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in behavioral health crisis intervention.

    · Stay informed about emerging trends and research in the field of mental health to continually improve program effectiveness.

    · Oversee the assessment and intervention processes for individuals experiencing post-crisis distress.

    · Ensure that the team's interventions are aligned with ethical and evidence-based practices in behavioral health.

    · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

    · Collaborate with other mental health professionals, emergency responders, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to post-crisis care.

    · Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant agencies, organizations, and community partners.

    · Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, interventions, and outcomes.

    · Generate regular reports on team performance, outcomes, and any trends or challenges observed.

    · Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, CPC, or equivalent) and a master's degree in a relevant field.

    · Experience in developing and implementing behavioral health programs.

    · Ability to monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven decisions.

    · Strong collaboration skills to work with other mental health professionals, emergency responders, and community organizations.

    · Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

    · Empathetic and active listening skills.

    · Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

    · Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations.

    · Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals in crisis.

    · Experience providing supervision and guidance to a team of mental health professionals.

    · Ability to conduct training sessions and ensure team members are up-to-date on best practices.

    · Strong understanding of ethical standards in mental health.

    · Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations.

    · Strong organizational and documentation skills.

    · Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and generating reports.

    · Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and evolving program needs.

    · Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.

    · Efficiently manage time and resources to meet program goals and deadlines.

    · Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing administrative responsibilities with client care.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience working in the field of behavioral health, conducting assessments, and providing clinical services.

    Education: A Master's Degree is required.

    License / Certification: Valid Nevada license as an LMFT, LCSW, LCPC (including interns)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
