Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, Behavioral Health Director establishes training programs and supports and supervises staff. Ensures all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. This program is serving adolescents experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues.
Students at our Residential Treatment Center live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are key. Our treatment center staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.
As an Executive Director, you will be supported by an experienced Leadership Team, a Clinical Director and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
