As the Director of Operations at Grace Harbour, key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating Business Development activities
• Team Development
• Conducting annual planning
• Implementing strategies for Development, Clinical Performance, Financial management, and Risk Mitigation.

As the leader of the organization, you will also oversee a team of Directors, ensuring proper communication within the region, and fostering staff engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you'll work on identifying improvements to enhance profitability and reduce waste, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with the Group VP of Operations.
