Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, Behavioral Health Director establishes training programs and supports and supervises staff. Ensures all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. Requires an advanced degree in psychology or related field. Typically reports to top management. The Behavioral Health Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Behavioral Health Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator to oversee our New Hampshire and Ohio locations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our offices, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to payroll, accounts receivable, and billing are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, providing support to our HR Generalist and all supervisors, managers and staff alike.


    Location: Keene - Emerald St. (In-office M-F 8a-5p with potential for 1-day remote after 90 days employment). 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee administrative functions across all offices in Ohio and New Hampshire.
    • Manage payroll and accounts receivable with precision.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for financial management.
    • Navigate billing and data reporting with attention to detail.
    • Serve as the primary contact for miscellaneous inquiries, offering timely and effective solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with HR and management to support staff needs and office operations.
    • Ensure office functionality, scheduling, and payment for all maintenance activities.

    • Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for numbers.
    • Comfortable in a support role, with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work independently and find answers without deferring responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
