Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, Behavioral Health Director establishes training programs and supports and supervises staff. Ensures all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. Requires an advanced degree in psychology or related field. Typically reports to top management. The Behavioral Health Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Behavioral Health Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Lotus Behavioral Health is looking to hire a Marketing Director to handle our growth needs. The position reports to the Executive Director with dotted line reporting to the Founder of Lotus Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities :- Manage our CRM system accuracy and daily reporting to management.
- Manage the pay per click (PPC), SEO (search engine optimization), daily blogging, OSM (Organic social media), PSM (paid social media) in conjunction with our vendors.
- Manage a high-volume campaign of daily outbound calls to target audience followed by multiple emails with the goal of setting up brief webinars to introduce Lotus Behavioral Health
- Conduct multiple webinars for the target audience and meet them in person.
- Oversee other traditional channels of TV/Radio advertising to achieve results.
- Implement an active campaign for PSA’s (Public service announcements) through all channels of media include traditional and digital channels to promote the mission.
- Fulfill other responsibilities of business development that increases Lotus Behavioral Health footprint regionally and nationally through networking with other local, statewide, and national organizations.
Qualifications::- 3 years in sales and marketing
- Experience in customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Education::
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of sales or relevant field
Pay: :- Salary range 50k to 70K BOE
