Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. West River Mental Health has Behavioral Health Technician positions available at Pivot Point. This position assists individuals entering Pivot Point as well as supports and maintains an environment that is client driven, recovery oriented, and outcome informed. The teams work directly with individuals to gather information for screening and referral to the appropriate level of care, assists clients in addressing immediate needs of nutrition and comfort, and provides support as needed in the completion of tasks relating to a stabilization plan. Complete client PBT, UA, and other tests as directed by protocols for male/female clients. Starting pay is $21.40 per hour with an additional overnight and weekend differential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with preference for experience in a human services field. Associate’s degree in the social sciences or human services field and two years’ experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
Hand and finger dexterity for computer keyboarding. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and frequent bending, stooping and light to moderate lifting exerting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
