Bell Captains supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Bell Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to department, hotel, and franchise standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities. Drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards.
