The Lambs Club is a fine dining restaurant in the Theater District. We are seeking experienced full-time Captains with a passion for the industry.  Potential candidates must be aware of current trends in all aspects of hospitality and take their work seriously.

•             A minimum of 5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant as a server or captain.

•             Michelin Experience preffered

•             Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

•             Possess excellent communication skills with management, servers, team members and guests

•             Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.

•             General knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and spirits. (Will be tested upon interview)

•             Must be able to problem solve and open to constructive criticism and work well in a team dynamic

•             Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations

•             Candidates with higher wine knowledge will be preferred
