```Duties```

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Fabricate parts and equipment as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.

```Skills```

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Person position should possess the following skills:

- Strong electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various equipment.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
- Mechanical aptitude to maintain machinery and equipment.

Someone that can do full make readies, as in painting, flooring, fixing the things that are broke, Knows about electrical, Knows how to work on ac's and on fridges and how to replace ceiling fans if they need replacing. Mainly anything to do with preparing unit for knew move in. Need someone that is dependable that will be on time come to work everyday. Able to pass a drug test.
