What you will do as a Hotel Bell Person:                       

• Receives guests courteously, extends a warm welcome to the Hotel, and graciously accompanies them to their designated accommodations.
• Demonstrates careful and conscientious handling of guest luggage, prioritizing the prevention of any potential damage to both the luggage and its contents.
• Efficiently responds to incoming telephone calls at the bell desk with promptness and professionalism.

To be successful as a Bell Person, you'll need:

• Must have experience in a guest contact position.
• Must be able to lift and handle heavy luggage up to 100 pounds to place onto a bell cart.
• Experience in a customer service role.
