    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering requirements to build configurations for the online enrollment system.
    • Data Analysis & Integration - EDI file transfers, establishing EDI connections, setting up new clients, monitoring transmissions.
    • Assisting with implementations for new clients & carriers.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Strong communication skills
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Experience with Microsoft Office or Office 365 applications

    Bonus Experience:

    • Experience with EDI tools, transfers, connections, setups, monitoring transmissions
    • Experience with coding, testing configurating or validating systems
    • Knowledge of the insurance industry

    Location:

    • East Lansing, MI area (Hybrid - ability to work remote 2-3 days per week)
