    Payroll & Benefits Administrator

    Golden Technologies, a family-owned and operated manufacturer of power lift recliners, power wheelchairs and mobility scooters is hiring a full-time Payroll and Benefits Administrator

    Location:

    401 Bridge Street, Old Forge, PA 18518

    Job Information:

    The payroll and benefits administrator is responsible for day to day operation and the accurate and timely processing of a bi-weekly payroll and incentive program. They are also responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical insurance, supplemental insurances, and 401(k) plan.

    Duties will include but not be limited to preparation, analysis and review of payroll and payroll reports; administration of time and attendance systems; coordinate benefits processing; handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, distributions, and hardships.

    Salary: $35,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of payroll processing experience preferred
    • Ability to think quickly in a fast-paced work environment
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Effective organizational skills and time management skills
    • Experience with automated payroll systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to interact with all levels of employees within the organization
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to work Monday-Friday, Day Shift
