  • We’re currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our Headquarters team! This position is located at our headquarters in Tucson, AZ. Open to remote for the right candidate.    This position is responsible for ensuring Mister maintains excellent employee benefits.  This individual is responsible for the management and administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as our 401k and deferred compensation plans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative with a positive approach to project management, problem solving, exceptional customer service skills, and committed to working with a winning team.   What you will do: Administer all health & welfare benefits for a publicly traded company.  Proactively assess all benefit offerings to ensure Mister remains employee-focused, fiscally responsible, and market-leading Lead open enrollment process. Manage vendor relationships across a wide range of employee benefits with regular interaction with providers and brokers Act as Subject Matter Expert for all Mister employees and all rewards projects.  Full scope 401(k) administration including plan documentation, compliance, and auditing. Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes. Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. Regularly interacts and partners with providers, vendors, and brokers on benefits-related topics. Lead communications to employees in various channels (email, mailings, Dayforce messaging and more). Responds to 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plan inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. How you will shine: A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success administering and managing employee benefits. Proficient with HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office. Dayforce experience is a huge plus.  Demonstrated knowledge and experience in employee benefits and applicable ERISA regulations. Solid vendor management experience Certification(s) preferred (CBP, CEBS, PHR) Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving/analytical skills.
