HR Analyst - Benefits

Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.00 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM

Position Summary

The responsibilities of the HR Analyst are to collect, validate and analyze data to make recommendations to improve HR programs, practices, and services. Also coordinates specific assigned HR programs such as compensation, benefits, recognition/rewards, or employee communication programs.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional level analytical experience which provides knowledge of Human Resources function, business practices, and organizational structure - preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting is required.

Preferred Certifications

• PHR: Professional in Human Resources by HRCI.
• SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI.
• CEBS: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
• CCP: Certified Compensation Professional.
• SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional.
• SHRM-SCP: Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional.
