The Benefits Claims Specialist will be responsible for the organization’s flexible spending account and tuition reimbursement benefits. This includes processing claims, auditing reimbursement requests, and answering phone calls from plan participants and clients. The position resides in a commercial office setting. Remote equipment is provided for business continuity purposes for all trained employees. The candidate must be capable of working onsite Full-time, especially during introductory training period (roughly 90-120 days).
