Heritage Operations Group is currently seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for directing and overseeing the administration of multi-tiered employee benefits programs for all owned, managed, and joint venture facilities, including: health, dental, vision, life, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 
• Previous benefit plan management experience preferred. Including program planning, implementation, administration and evaluation of plans.
• Must have knowledge of general accounting and recordkeeping methods.
• Must have knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations relating to employee benefits administration.
• Basic office functions and computer knowledge required with special attention to Microsoft Excel.
• Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication skills
• Must have ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and ensure accuracy with confidential materials.
