Benefits Analyst jobs in Santa Fe, NM

Responsible for supporting the Benefits team by providing customer service and support to employees and enrollees during Open Enrollment. Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. Distributes benefits enrollment materials and eligibility requirements. Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes. Ensures Laboratory compliance with federal and state laws.

Position typically requires a bachelors degree and a minimum five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
