Benefits Clerk facilitates benefits enrollment and administrative processes. Prepares and processes claims, changes, enrollments, and other benefits filings. Being a Benefits Clerk coordinates informational sessions. Responds to inquires for information and provides forms, instructions, and other enrollment materials to employees. Additionally, Benefits Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Benefits Clerk works under moderate supervision. THINGS TO EXPECT:
We are looking for someone to do the same thing I do. I help business create a better benefits package for their business and their employees. You will NOT be selling insurance. We already have a sales team that does that for me. I am looking for someone to assist me with new account acquisition. You will be a consultant for the business, essentially explaining how the process works for us.
No experience is needed, but management or sales experience is a plus. Training and education are provided weekly. You will for yourself, but not by yourself.
