Job Summary
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, self-sufficient, able to work independently with a thorough approach to their duties. Candidates should be able to assist management, all clients, and insurance companies, by providing courteous and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, handling office tasks, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
You will be responsible for Social Security award letters, processing, discovery, validation, recovery, and adjustments of claims. Along with the above, you will be providing the client’s insurance company with the SSA award documentation. Throughout the process you will work closely with the staff from other departments on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
