TPSC Benefits, a NW Employee Benefits firm dedicated to client service, is looking for an Account Manager. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, accomplished at building relationships and enjoy working collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction.
This position manages an existing book of accounts, working closely with clients and their benefits consultant as well as TPSCs Business Development Executive. Analyze clients benefit strategies, attend client meetings and industry events, and coordinate inter-department information flows to facilitate renewals and onboarding of new clients.
Must hold a Washington State life and disability insurance license (or must obtain within 4 months following date of hire) and retain license by meeting continuing education requirements and be proficient in Office programs, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Bachelor's Degree and/or CEBS designation preferred.
