McConkey is actively recruiting a Claims Service Associate to join our Claims & Risk Solutions Department. Claims Service Associates will work directly with clients, carriers, and claims adjusters to help guide the client through the claims process. Claims Service Associates will act as an advocate for the client by helping to report, investigate, monitor, and resolve submitted insurance claims. The Claims Service Associate will have the opportunity to work on all types of insurance claims.
The Claims Service Associate works under the direction of the Director of Claims and is an important part of the client service team. The Claims Service Associate will work closely with our Business Insurance Executives, Client Service Managers, and Claim Service Managers to maintain the highest level of service to our clients.
