    Reporting to the Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits, you will play a significant role in the design, development, and execution of Storable’s healthcare, wellness, and other benefit programs.     What you will do: 

    • Administer and internally market the company's benefits programs concerning plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements. 
    • Plan and manage Storable’s annual benefits Open Enrollment.
    • Respond to benefits-related employee questions submitted to the People Operations Shared Services queue. 
    • Provide new employee onboarding benefits education and support ongoing communications through curated Lunch and Learns or vendor webinars. 
    • Process benefit plan enrollments and changes by managing EDI file feeds between ADP and carriers/vendors. 
    • Reconcile and approve benefit invoices, managing actual vs. projected spend against engagement and utilization.
    • Coordinate with benefits brokers to benchmark market data to determine Storable’s competitive position in employee benefits. 
    • Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs. 
    • Lead the communication and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives. 
    • Coordinate employee LoA and COBRA with Storable’s external partners (FMLA, STD/LTD).
    • Research and ensure company compliance with domestic and international laws and regulations related to benefit plans. 
    • Ensure healthcare information and plan setup remains up-to-date in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and on our Shared Services knowledge base (Confluence).

    What you will need:

    • A minimum of 5 years of administrative Benefits experience in organizations with more than 600 EEs.
    • A passion for speaking to audiences on traditionally ‘dry’ topics like benefits or wellness.
    • Proficiency with GSuite (GMail, Sheets, GCal, etc).
    • A history of creatively driving engagement in wellness or benefits programs.
    • Experience using video or screen recordings in documentation or other practices that enable asynchronous knowledge sharing. 
    • Organizational skills; strong attention to detail, process, and quality-oriented mindset.
    • A love for doing the right things, the right way. 
    • An optimistic, service-oriented attitude and a drive to grow and develop in a scaling global SaaS organization. 
    • Demonstrated success working in a remote environment.
    • A passion for wellness, how do we support our team members so that they can bring their best selves to work. 

    Bonus Points 

    • Experience transitioning from a fully insured to a self-insured plan.
    • Reporting and audit experience: ACA and EEO. 
    • Experiencing working with and managing benefits advisory firms and brokers.
    • Experience managing international benefits plans and vendors, specifically for India, Canada and Romania.
