An established health services organization based in New York City has an opening for a Clerk – Legal Services. The Clerk will work with the Pre-Paid Legal Coordinator and Senior Management Staff, and assist members looking to obtain legal services according to the rules of the plan. The Clerk will process referrals using our Pre-Paid Legal module in the information management system, and keep track of current cases. The Clerk will provide referral guidance to and coordination with our extensive panel of attorneys, both in person and over the phone, and assist with troubleshooting issues relating to the referral. The individual will serve as a first point of contact for members seeking legal services.
