Healthcare Coordinator / Nurse: Seeking a Healthcare Coordinator who is responsible for the overall management of health and well-being of the residents within the assisted living community serving both assisted living and dementia residents. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all clinical programs, hiring supervising and training of medication technicians and/ or wellness nurse (s); clinical quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The Healthcare Coordinator is also responsible to be knowledgeable in Alzheimer's / dementia, the Greenfield mission, best practices, and state regulations.
