IT Systems Coordinator - Remote Healthcare

  • AQUA Dermatology is Florida’s largest and most comprehensive full-service skin care provider in the Southeast, offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care and radiation oncology.

    The Information Technology Systems Coordinator reports to the IT Manager and provides hardware and software maintenance in an effective and efficient manner to ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
    • Interacts with users on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
    • Addressing and resolving incoming tickets from users regarding hardware, software, and network issues
    • Oversees day to day operations of help desk to ensure all employees are receiving support while adhering to IT policies and procedures.
    • Performs repairs of desktops/laptops and office software, as well as provides LAN/WAN connection and phone system support as needed.
    • Provides necessary technical guidance associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported IT/IS problems by telephone or on site in emergencies.
    • Establishes and performs maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
    • Maintains current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
    • Sets up and implements workstation maintenance.
    • Research current and potential resources and services.
    • Documenting and analyzing technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
    • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have proficient knowledge in computer hardware and software systems and programs, troubleshooting, virus and security, E-mail, and internet programs.
    • A certification and Network preferred or 2-3 years IT experience.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
    • Knowledge of computer security systems, applications procedures, and techniques
    • Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
    • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
    • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, Office365, DNS, and DHCP.
