HANOVER TERRACE HEALTH & REHABILIATION CENTER IS LOOKING FOR A SELF MOTIVATED, DETAIL ORIENTED RN TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS THE MDS COORDINATOR. 

This position is responsible for preparing and electronically transmitting timely reports to the national Medicare and Medicaid database. Ensuring the accuracy of medical records and coding procedures.  Assisting with staff education on appropriate documentation to reflect accurate resident assessments and coding.  

Requirements: 

• Active RN or LPN licensure in NH
• Previous experience in Skilled Nusing Facility or LTC setting preferred

This is a full time on-site hourly position with full benefits available

Hours:

8 am-4:30 pm 4 days a week with rotating call schedule with flexible scheduling based on facility need.  

Day hours flexible for the right candidate
