    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter
    • Contact families within 48 hours of referral receipt to welcome them to Solace
    • Answer phones, text messages, emails to schedule initial evaluations and readmitted patients
    • Connect referrals with clinicians efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of customer service
    • Manage individual queue of patients
    • Complete Medicaid insurance verification and enter insurance information for incomplete charts received
    • Enter and maintain accurate information and communication notes in electronic medical record (EMR) and maintain confidentiality with protected health information (PHI)
    • Help children and families live their best lives
    • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Preferred

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma required
    • Must have experience entering data, sorting and formatting cells in Excel
    • 2 years customer service experience in a Medical office or similar.

    ​​Salary $21.00 - $23.00 hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
