    What You Would Do

    • Help employees with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement programs
    • Reviewing payroll deductions
    • Conducting presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees
    • Liaising with insurance and retirement account providers on behalf of employees and the company
    • Answering questions or concerns from employees about their benefits
    • Reporting Worker Comp injuries and maintain the OSHA Log
    • Develop organizational guidelines and procedures
    • Assisting in the hiring process
    • Assist in the onboarding of new employees
    • Work closely with employees, providing them with WOW service while building a good relationship
    • Process and maintain personnel files
    • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
    • Stay up to date with latest HR trends and best practices


    What You Should Have

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 5 or more years of experience working in the Human Resources field
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • A positive, professional attitude
    • Great work ethic and proven record of dependability
    • Ability to create reports and manipulate data as needed
    • Good organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a high level of accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate other software programs
