Benefits Coordinator - Healthcare jobs in Nashville, TN

Our client, a healthcare company in Brentwood, TN is looking to hire multiple Care/Enrollment Coordinators to start on 2/6!

Details:

• On-site position in Brentwood, TN
• Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday (must be open to both)
• Must be flexible between 6am - 9pm (must be open to all shifts)
• Pay: $18-$20/hour

Description:

• Handle 90- 100 outbound calls per day
• The Care Coordinator will be given a list of referrals from the health insurance company to call and schedule in home appointments for. (members with kidney disease)
• They will be given a script and will basically educate the member on the company's program
• Their goal is to schedule the in-home appointment for the member.
