    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Familiar with all aspects of employee benefits including health and insurance benefits
    • Assists with the implementation of administrative policies governing payroll and benefit programs
    • Familiar with and has the ability to explain employee handbook
    • Knowledge of workmen compensation process
    • Maintains payroll records and process changes
    • Familiar with accounts payable principals          
    • Assists employees in completing all paperwork needed for workmen compensation short-term disability, dental and health plans as requested by supervisor
    • Assures that all reports required by State, Federal and other agencies are completed within proper time frame
    • Works with the Staff Development Coordinator on orientation of new employees
    • Attends all facility meetings
    • Performs all required documentation to comply with State and Federal guidelines

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Graduate or equivalent
    • Long-term care experience preferred
    • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
    • Experience with Paycor preferred
