Communicate with providers and employees by assisting in handling general employee benefits-related questions.
Ensure employees are adequately supported during the open enrollment process; providing a clear description of elections.
Assist in preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to employees regarding benefits and personnel policies. Assist with the creation of presentations to help train and expand awareness of employee benefit offerings.
Assist in planning and executing benefits events, including open enrollment and wellness activities.
Assist with benefits procedures including auditing, reconciling and reporting benefit plan information.
