The Medical Scheduling Coordinators, or MSCs, with Daiya Healthcare are the assistants to the providers in our partnered facilities. Daiya Healthcare serves as the Medical Director for a variety of medical care facilities, including short term rehabilitation centers, long term care facilities, and assisted living centers. Our MSCs are responsible for creating provider schedules, preparing paperwork, taking/uploading vitals, and facilitating telemedicine visits. Most importantly, they are the liaison between providers and facility staff.
The MSC should be a self-starter that is extremely dependable and professional with exceptional organizational skills. This is a full time position with a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 an hour.
Position Qualifications
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Must be dependable and have flexibility to alter hours, meeting the needs of the practice. ● Ability to travel between partnered locations.
● Experience in working in skilled nursing or the senior living environment is a plus. ● H.S. Diploma or GED required.
● Proficiency in computer/tablet use and accurate typing skills.
