We are a client focused company committed to providing exceptional Healthcare Benefits services. As a Commercial Benefits Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and their employees have access to comprehensive benefits that enhance their well-being.
Responsibilities:
· Benefits Enrollment: Assist clients and their employees in enrolling for company benefit programs including health, dental, and vision insurance.
· Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client employee insurance information, benefit elections, and election periods.
· Issue Resolution: Address clients and/or their employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits promptly and professionally.
· New Hire On-boarding: Educate clients and their new hires about benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process.
· Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments for clients and agents.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma: Required.
· Insurance Experience: Preferred, but not required.
· Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
· Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to record-keeping and data accuracy.
· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with integrity.
· Problem Solving: Ability to resolve benefits-related issues effectively.
