May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. Job Summary:
The Benefits Administrator works within Janitronics Human Resources Department and is responsible for planning and administering employee benefit programs. The Benefits Administrator communicates with employees, resolves benefit-related issues, and collaborates with other departments and external vendors. The position also coordinates Open Enrollment, assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee databases and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices.
