Benefits Director oversees the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are chosen to be equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and to be cost effective. Being a Benefits Director establishes practices for evaluating existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Makes high-level decisions to modify existing benefits programs or institute new ones. Additionally, Benefits Director requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.   • The Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in supporting marketing initiatives. The successful applicant must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    General Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

    • Assist in event coordination
    • Assist with branding
    • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies
    • Handle day-to-day support needs, including shipping of marketing materials
    • Design, develop, and maintain print marketing materials
    • Customize artwork to accompany sponsorships and community events
    • Assist with the administration of direct mail campaigns and other corporate initiatives
    • Keep ongoing inventory of physical marketing materials and specialty items as needed for ordering purposes
    • Keep management informed of current sales trends, problems, and opportunities
    • Content creation (articles, case studies, blogs, social media posts)
    • Maintaining web and social media sites
    • Assist with creation of monthly webinars

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) preferred
    • Meticulous with regard to accuracy in all publications, advertising, and promotional products or campaigns
    • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
    • Excellent time management skills with high sense of urgency
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
