Benefits Director oversees the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are chosen to be equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and to be cost effective. Being a Benefits Director establishes practices for evaluating existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Makes high-level decisions to modify existing benefits programs or institute new ones. Additionally, Benefits Director requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Job Description:
Using our high-level marketing tools and campaigns, you will work both virtually and within your community, to share the My Benefits Guardian health savings plan to those that need it most. Our product, designed by a long-term insurance professional and medical doctor, provides exceptional affordable care to families, advocacy for those hit with surprise medical bills after hospitalization and much more for under $100 per month.
Once you have the sales and marketing process down successfully, you will be promoted to begin building your own sales team through your own efforts and those interested in representing MBG through our outreach efforts.
Successful candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic, drive to serve their community, and a basic understanding of the expense in receiving health care and in health insurance premiums and deductibles. Experience with outside sales and online meetings a plus. No license required.
