Benefits Director oversees the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are chosen to be equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and to be cost effective. Being a Benefits Director establishes practices for evaluating existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Makes high-level decisions to modify existing benefits programs or institute new ones. Additionally, Benefits Director requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Qualitest is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to develop new logo sales for Retail and Consumer Goods sector across the United States. The ideal candidate will support, manage, or lead the business development activities in a specific area or across a range of Qualitest offerings. They will have a demonstrable ability to drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.

    What you will do:

    A professional at this position level within Qualitest has the following responsibilities:

    Work with inside sales and marketing to execute lead generation campaigns.

    Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise.

    Own and manage the sales pipeline at a level that enables the targets to be consistently achieved.

    Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

    Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

    Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business.

    Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Qualitest, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

    Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

    Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
