Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. Being a Benefits Manager develops benefits communications and counsels employees on benefits related issues. Evaluates existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Additionally, Benefits Manager requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to director. The Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Benefits Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About the Role:

    The HR Benefits Specialist is a vital member of our Human Resources team, dedicated to supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive work environment. The primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while upholding our organization's values and policies, and ensure that our employee benefits are effectively communicated, ultimately contributing to employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational success.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience/Education:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • 5 years of experience in an office environment.
    • Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
    • Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion/AccuRX team.

    Essential Functions:

    • Reviews, updates and ensures completion and compliance of:
    • Personnel file
    • Employee Benefits
    • All fringe benefit enrollment data
    • Allocation and process of monthly insurance invoices and presenting to AP on a timely basis
    • Coordinates with the HR Director to assist with the following functions:
    • New Hire and Annual Open Enrollment
    • ACHC Accreditation
    • Process leave of absence programs, including FMLA, state-mandated leaves, ADA, and other company-specific policies.
    • Demonstrates a high level of customer service to employees and outside vendors. Answers questions and or concerns employees have promptly

    and in a professional manner.

    • Responds to employee inquiries within the service standard window outlined by management. The service standards are as follows: Acknowledge email within adequate time. If unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours, the issue should be brought to the attention of the direct supervisor.
