Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Aston, PA office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the agency. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining communication with clients and insurance companies, providing executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Clerical Skills such as organizing and maintaining records

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus

Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
