Responsibilities:
☐ Reports to the Director of Operations
☐ Obtain State Health Insurance License
☐ Answer incoming calls
☐ Manage schedule for President and Vice-President
☐ Set appointments
☐ Direct contact and communication with clients and agents
☐ Execute tasks assigned in Customer Relationship Management Software
☐ Maintain materials necessary for Seminars, Meetings and Events
☐ Maintain inventory in office and remote locations
☐ Manage marketing materials and campaigns
☐ Mastery for customer service questions
☐ Weekly meeting to determine priority tasks
☐ Coordinate scheduling for agency partners
☐ Confirmation of appointments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
