Responsibilities:
Information Technologies Support
- Provide technical support to end-users, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure a high level of member satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute the Primary role of the Daily Production Schedule.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
- Research and resolve processing errors, software, and end-user issues and provide advice and training to end-users (First-level help desk contact).
- Create and maintain operating procedures and schedules.
- Use ITSM software (Jira) and tools to collect agreed performance statistics and to ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents in systems and service.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure that end-users have the knowledge and skills to use technology effectively.
- Participate on projects with a focus on smoothing the transition from development staff (Senior Network Administrators, Analysts, Management, etc.) to production staff (end-users) by performing quality testing, documentation, and cross-training within the project life-cycle.
Banking Systems Administration
- Maintain and administer banking application environments, including but not limited to Symitar Episys, iPay Bill Pay, Vertifi DeposZip, Microdynamics Group/OSG eStatements, Alkami ORB (online relationship builder), MeridianLink's XpressAccounts, DocuSign, CUNA Mutual LoanLiner, and SWBC EasyPay.
- Fully vet with quality assurance testing updates, patches, and new releases for banking applications including formal documentation of QA checklists and release summaries for staff.
- Identify and resolve issues with applications, automated tools, network scripts and group policies.
- Create, change, and remove third-party security access for end-users as requested by management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of software related procedures and standards.
Development
- Offer business process recommendations to IT management on effective usage of systems and technologies to utilize their fullest potential.
- Participate on project implementations including requirements gathering, validation, beta testing, user acceptance performance, deployment, and project closing debrief.
- Contribute to project plans and schedules and track and report project statuses.
- Assist in communicating and documenting requirements of projects with departments, programmers, networking team, and vendors in a clear and organized fashion.
- Act as liaison between departmental end-users, analysts, networking team, and consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Credit Union service standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate with IT management on priorities and assignments.
Other
- Provide input for annual budget.
- Act as a backup to fellow Information Technology staff.
- Improve technical expertise through training while ensuring up to date knowledge in current interactive technologies, development trends, strategies, products, and best practices.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities that will improve over-all knowledge of the Credit Union Industry and HACU's current products.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in the areas of project management or business analytics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems, network configurations, and IT security principles.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and average typing speed of 45 wpm.
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL commands, and Crystal Reports are also required.
