Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst provides technical and functional support for the Office of Distance Learning. Duties include development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system processes and logic, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Related duties include technical support for office hardware and peripherals such as printers, and other systems support tasks.
Successful candidates will excel in performing project-based work, meeting deadlines, and proactively ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data for departmental users. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility in pivoting between projects and priorities.
