    • Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
    • Understanding of hospital procedures is beneficial.
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
    • Five years of experience in Information Systems or relevant fields.
    • Experience in data collection, evaluation, analysis, or reporting is desirable.
