Community Health Systems (CHS) is actively seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, providing crucial support to Northwest Healthcare Tucson Hospitals in Tucson and Oro Valley.
Being local to these hospitals is a requirement for this role although work is mostly done remotely working from home.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with our Corporate Recruiting Team, working on the recruitment of healthcare professionals for nursing and allied positions. These are not temporary positions; they are full-time opportunities.
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks. Your primary duties will involve:
Sourcing Excellence: Expertly identifying potential candidates through strategic social media outreach and engagement with both individuals and groups. You'll also have the opportunity to nurture and reconnect with candidates already in our talent pipeline.
Job Fair Engagement & Coordination: Participating in job fairs, community events and presentations alongside our recruiters, where you'll showcase current and upcoming opportunities. These events will be held regularly at local educational institutions and our hospitals in Tucson and Oro Valley.
Administrative Support: Providing invaluable assistance, which may involve updating job descriptions, maintaining our systems, and generating insightful reports.
Advertising / Marketing requests to our advertising agency.
Creation of flyers & RSVP forms for events and coordination/event scheduling with colleges and community event contacts. Events include local onsite hospital hiring events, college presentations, and other community events.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a Recruiting capacity is highly valued. To thrive in this role, we're looking for individuals who possess:
