This is a REMOTE WORK position where work must be performed within the state of North Carolina.
Performs difficult skilled technical work required for developing and supporting applications that make up the City’s .NET application suite and interfaces onto the City’s Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP). Currently, the City uses MuleSoft as its EIP. This work includes application design, development, testing, maintenance, enhancements, documentation, installations, and collaboration with other City and IS staff members; resolving complex technical problems; creating Crystal Reports; and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of an Information Systems Supervisor or other member of the IS management team.Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, extensive experience in information technology and application development and support; extensive experience implementing and supporting applications and systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
