    The HR Systems Analyst will be the technical point-of-contact for the HR Department and lead technology projects for the implementation and optimization of HR technology. The HR Systems Analyst will work closely with the HRIS Department to gather requirements, develop a solution and implement new technologies. This role will be also responsible for continuously improving existing HR technologies to ensure they meet business needs and goals and add value to the business. 

    A good understanding of HR processes is required for this role. 

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Gather business requirements, develop Business Requirements Document, and process flows. 
    • Design and validate solutions. 
    • Work closely with other IT departments to ensure solution viability, integrations, reporting and data analysis. 
    • Lead end to end implementation, including end user acceptance testing and training. 
    • Manage any system change requests. 
    • Work closely with HR to ensure HR systems meet functional requirements. 
    • Identify gaps and make recommendations to improve effectiveness 
    • Proactively identify functionality that adds value to HR and the business ove
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Technical background / education 
    • 5 years of business analysis experience working with end users directly (requirements gathering, design, testing) 
    • 5 years of experience working with Human Resource software.  
    • Prior experience implementing HR systems. 
    • Prior knowledge of UKG, iCIMS and HR Soft a plus 
    • Ability and knowledge to integrate HR systems. 
    • Ability to collaborate well on team projects and interact well with peers. 
    • Experience managing projects 
    • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio 
    • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail 
    • Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks at same time 
    • Good decision-making skills 
    • Excellent communicator, both up & down the organization
